Aluminum & Stainless Steel Banding
Aluminum banding is produced from high-quality aluminum alloy and is used for securing aluminum insulation jacketing in both interior and exterior commercial applications.
Stainless steel strapping offers the greatest strength and corrosion resistance. It is produced from T-304 stainless steel. The product has a bright annealed finish conforming to ASTM A-240 standards.
Aluminum & Stainless Steel Wing Seals
Aluminum wing seals are manufactured from heavy-duty hard temper aluminum conforming to the ASTM B-209 specification. They are produced from .032″ aluminum and are available in 1/2″ and 3/4″ widths. Stainless steel wing seals are available in ½” and ¾” widths. They are made from .025” thick, heavy-duty 300 series stainless steel, mill finish.

Screws
VMS offers a wide variety of screws for the full range of insulation related jacketing and lagging applications. The available types of screws range from small, light-duty self-tapping “A” Point screws, commonly used for the attachment of pipe insulation jacketing and other light gauge metal applications, to heavy-duty self-tapping and self-drilling screws, including Tek screws used for the attachment of lagging, flashing, and other heavier-gauge metal applications.
